We are proud of our team approach to property management in which every individual works towards a shared vision of excellence. While each of our staff members has their special area of expertise, everyone contributes to a shared responsibility of each of our properties. As a company, we are sizeable enough to maintain strong leverage with suppliers and contractors and yet we continue to sustain a personal service with our owners and residents.
Our staff continuously strives for professional growth and leading current educational opportunities. Memberships in professional associations, in-house training and regular attendance in industry seminars and expos enables our staff to effectively meet the needs of our clients.
In 2002, Jason and his wife Dawn, a Professor of Digital Media, made the jump from New York to Florida. After the required adjustment period to Florida living and an exhaustive search for the ultimate pizza, he has settled down nicely to his life by the sea. With a long time interest in real estate, Jason decided to make the leap from his nine years in the corporate world where he was the General Manager of a pharmaceutical validation consulting company, successfully running offices in New York, Puerto Rico, North Carolina, Texas, and Ireland. He also continues to run HazyHead Studios, a creative studio and design service company where he utilizes his many years of training in graphic design, illustration, advertising, film and music. All this experience helps Jason bring strong mangerial skills and a creative flair to marketing real estate for his clients. Outside work, Jason enjoys writing music and working on films with his wife and friends. He is an avid baseball fan (Go Yanks!), and plays in various softball leagues throughout the year. When time permits, traveling they will go... by car, by train or plane, they're always up for a good adventure.
